This cartoon is a demonstration of how single parent homes can negatively impact a child's mental development. What the artist demonstrates is that this child of a single parent home has gone through such a struggle growing up that he has to pick on more privileged kids. The kid in the cartoon has had to endure some tough times because of the absence of a stable family unit, which results in the kid having to resort to bullying in order to let out his angry and resentment towards the fact that he is missing a parent.
